Weather you’re running a larger tire and need more clearance or just want a different look, these liners are what you’re looking for. Not only doest this kit allow for more clearance by pushing the fender liner back to the firewall but it also relocated the wiper fluid reservoir, allowing the maximum amount of wheel-well clearance without tubbing.
-The liners are made from .063 Aluminum, making them very durable and since they are aluminum, the possibility of rust is basically zero. They utilize one of the factory holes in the doorway to mount to and only requires 2 small holes to be made to secure the other end.
-The wiper fluid reservoir is made with 1/8” thick aluminum, making it heavy duty and very durable. The reservoir utilizes the same factory grommet and pump out of the factory wiper fluid container. The reservoir bolts to pre-existing holes in a pre existing crossmember behind the grill. The mounting locations ensures the reservoir does not block any air flow into the radiator.
NOTE: This kit will NOT work with any frontier that has the Active Grille Shutters. The only want to get the wiper fluid reservoir to fit is to remove the Active Grille Shutters, doing so will cause a “Check Engine” light. We will notify when a workaround for this becomes available
